Diversity of human gut microbiome is presented in the Tree of Life with an interactive and searchable setting. Genera of 15 representative phyla of human gut microbiota, from the largest phyla, Firmicutes, to the smallest, Synergistetes, were provided with different colors. Different rank of taxonomy, from genus to superkingdom, can be presented either on the Tree of Life or search window.
